Returns and Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving our soap. email: info@ironworkssoap.com

We will happily refund unused products. To initiate a return, please contact us via email: info@ironworkssoap.com.

IRONWORKS does not process exchanges, just refunds. You should return your purchase and then reorder your desired product. 

PLEASE NOTE

  • You’re welcome to return any of our products unused. Unfortunately we will not accept used products.  
  • The actual refund amount is subject to applied discounts, taxes, shipping costs, and product price.
  • Once IRONWORKS receives your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.
  • Your bank may take up to several additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • Items marked on sale are not eligible for returns, including apparel and merchandise.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you ordered (including Sale and non-refundable product), we will replace the product, provided you contact IRONWORKS Soap Company within 10 days of receipt by email: info@ironworkssoap.com. Please include your order number in your email.
